Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

CustoVendo™ uses a third-party payment gateway Instamojo which provides you with an array of convenient options to purchase our products and services. These various options are through net banking, credit card and debit card and UPI Wallets.

Your payments will be processed in secured 128-bit AES encrypted environment. For more information read security measures of Instamojo.

We do not accept cheques or demand drafts.

You can get in touch with us at our support email address in the following cases,

1. Your payment fails multiple times.
2. Your payment method is charged, however the transaction is failed/incomplete and the service is not activated.

We will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

All the services which customers subscribe to will be provided with a digital receipt which includes GST, as per the government rules and regulations.

Since all payments are to be made through Net-Banking/Credit/Debit cards/UPI, all customers are requested to complete their payment only online.

CustoVendo™ never collects any payment in person or through any social media websites or any online/offline methods. All the subscriptions shall be initiated only from www.custovendo.com

CustoVendo™ a registered proprietorship company in India offers its services only within India.

CustoVendo™ does not offer any refunds. Payments once made will not be refunded or appropriated to other accounts under any circumstances whatsoever.

A registered User as a vendor will be billed fully for the subscription term. During the subscription term, if the User cancels the subscription for any reason whatsoever, CustoVendo shall not be liable to provide refund for any unused portion of such subscription term. For any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the paid services through the end of your current subscription term.
